Dayflow.ai is an Application that is developed by a solo developer in order to help people. There is absolutely no form of insurance that this Application will work correctly. The maker of this app made his best to test it and to prevent any kind of bug but in case of errors or problems created by the app, the responsibility of the developer cannot be invoked. Use this Application as it is, a tool to help manage calendar-events and todos but be aware that it can contain bugs, problems or errors. The developer will try to fix all this problems and you should send any concern or bug found about the application.

User agreement

If there is a proven usage of the application which is malicious or nefurious to people, Dayflow.ai will contact the user and potentially close the dayflow.ai-account.

The data that we collect or stored are only for the purpose of the application to work. This is information you decide to give us and which we need in order to achieve the purpose of the application.

This Application is made to be used with Google solutions. It has absolutely no links with Google company or with Google Calendar or Google Mail, the application simply uses the Google Card Service Framework provided by Google.

This section only applies to user who have installed the Daylfow Addon in the Google Workspace account (which includes Google Calendar, Google Mail)

Permissions

The Dayflow.ai add-on requires you to grant permissions to several services associated with your Google Account. It uses the simple and secure OAuth 2 protocol to get data from the user’s Google account and does not have access to your account password.

Dayflow.ai cannot access your data in these services unless you or your Google Workspace Admin explicitly authorize access. If authorization is granted, Dayflow.ai Google Workspace Add-ons uses it’s access to your data and these services in accordance with the services the add-on provides.

Here’s a summary of the permissions that the add-on requires and why does it require access to these services.

  • Run as a Calendar add-on:
    • This permission allows the addon to integrate on the right side bar within Google Calendar, enabling users to access the app directly from their calendar interface for seamless time management.
  • See, edit, share and permanently delete all the calendars that you can access using Google Calendar:
    • This permission is necessary for the addon to have full functionality in managing and organizing calendar events and schedules. It enables the addon to create a new calendar which is used to create event. Also this permission is needed to edit events or delete outdated or unnecessary entries.
  • Run as a Gmail add-on
    • This permission allows the addon to seamlessly integrate with Gmail, thereby enabling users to manage their time and tasks directly from their email interface for enhanced productivity.
  • Connect to an external service
    • This permission allows the addon to connect to external services or APIs, possibly for syncing data or accessing additional features that complement its time management functions. This permisson is required to connect external services like Todoist in order to load the todays Tasks from the Todoist API.
  • Create, edit, organise and delete all your tasks
    • This permission is crucial for the addon to effectively manage tasks and to-do lists in synchronization with the user’s calendar and schedule. It is for example used to show a list of tasks and finish the task if the user clicks the finish-button.
  • View your country, language and time zone
    • This permission allows the addon to adapt its functionality based on the user’s location and language preferences, ensuring a personalized and user-centric time management experience.

Google sign-in will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your email address. The information you provide is held in strict confidence. We collect this information to generate your user license, send payment receipts and communicate with the user about severe product updates.

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may delete or deactivate it by uninstalling our Google add-on or by contacting us. If you want to delete all your data just send us a mail at info@dayflow.ai with your google email adress as an identifier and we will erase every data we have about your user.

Limited Use Policy

How we access your Data within the Google Workspace Addon

Dayflow.ai accesses Google Calendar data through the Google API to enable users to view and modify their calendar events and tasks within the dayflow.ai interface. This includes retrieving event and task details like title, date, time, location, and description, as well as task details such as title and due date. The data retrieved from the Google API is transient and is not stored on dayflow.ai servers. User data is not shared with any third parties. By using dayflow.ai, users consent to the collection and usage of their Google Calendar data for the stated purposes.

The types of data which is being requested

The addon requests access to view, edit, share all the calendars you can access using Google Calendar. It also needs to connect to external services or APIs to sync data and access additional features, such as loading tasks from the Todoist API. The addon will create, edit, organize, and finish all your tasks in order to effectively manage to-do lists and synchronize them with your calendar. Additionally, it will view your country, language, and time zone to provide a personalized and user-centric time management experience.

Dayflow.ai only accesses, uses, and processes Google user data within the confines of the dayflow.ai workspace addon. We do not transfer any Google user data to external servers; all data operations are conducted within the google workspace environment. User data is never shared with external parties, ensuring full compliance with privacy and security standards. By using dayflow.ai, users can be assured that their Google data remains private and secure within the addon environment.
